 We will solve these problems by:

1) Installing heat exchangers on nuclear power plants to use their waste heat to;

2) Grow year-round at commercial scale genetically-modified algae that will:

A) substantially reduce toxic algae blooms by cleaning the lake water of 
excess phosphorus, nitrogen, and carbon; and

B) produce biodegradable bioplastics.
